FORCES Is Coming
This April, we are launching the FORCES pilot program. FORCES came from a simple pattern we kept seeing. Organizations investing in change programs before anyone had asked whether their people were ready. We went looking for answers in the research. We found them. Then we built the diagnostic we wished we had fifteen years ago. It helps organizations identify and manage the conditions for change before a launch, not after. Over the coming weeks, we will introduce each dimension one by one so you have a concrete picture of what FORCES is and how it applies to your work.
