The Reshapers Summer Lineup: Four Things Worth Your Calendar

Summer usually means things go quiet. Meetings get pushed to September. Ambitious plans wait for a new quarter to feel official. We built the opposite this summer. Four things, live now through the end of August, for anyone serious about how their organization, their team or they themselves show up for the rest of 2026. Some you join today. Some need a date circled. Here's the full lineup and how to get in on each one. Can you spot them in the word puzzle?
Right Now: Measure Your Organization's Readiness
FORCES is live at forces.reshapers.co. It's a 20-minute diagnostic scoring your organization across six forces: Fit, Ownership, Resourced, Clarity, Energy and Security, once from your own view and once from the organization's view, plotted on a single radar chart.
The gap between those two lines is usually the most useful thing in the room. Leaders often score Clarity and Energy high for themselves and low for the rest of the organization. They feel ready. They're not sure anyone else does.
The Readiness Snapshot is free for your leadership team. The one thing we ask is a 90-minute facilitated briefing to read the radar together, so the findings turn into decisions instead of a report nobody opens. We're onboarding ten founding organizations across Curaçao and the Dutch Caribbean this summer to set the regional baseline. A handful of seats remain.

All Summer: Get Clear on Your Values and Your Audience
Two free tools sit alongside FORCES. Neither needs a leadership team or a booked slot. Use them whenever you have twenty minutes this summer.
The values tool walks you through identifying the principles you operate by, not the ones on a poster in the break room. When your behavior matches what you say you value, you act with integrity. When it doesn't, you get the friction everyone feels and nobody names.
The persona tool takes the same discipline outward, toward the people you serve. We've used named personas internally for years to understand who we're talking to and what they need to hear. Now any organization builds the same clarity about its own audience, whether customers, employees or the community it serves.

August 22: Become a Certified ECD Practitioner
Fear, frustration, confusion and loss show up in every serious change effort. Most leaders try to push straight through them instead of working with them. The change stalls quietly because of it.
On Saturday, August 22, we're running a one-day certification in Curaçao built around the Emotional Change Deck, a tool for naming what a team feels during change and turning it into a real conversation instead of a management problem. You'll spend the day facilitating, not sitting and listening: real scenarios in the morning, hands-on practice with the deck at midday, a plan for using it the following Monday by the afternoon. You leave a Certified ECD Emotional Change Practitioner, with a digital and physical certificate to show for it.
The room holds twelve people so the practice stays hands-on. A few seats remain.

August 27: Show Up for Game Night, Beat the Box
Not everything on this list is diagnostic. On Thursday, August 27, Game Night returns with Beat the Box, a locked box, a ticking clock and a room of professionals working out puzzles together under pressure, drinks included.
A locked box and a countdown clock get people talking in a way a mixer never does. You leave remembering who cracked the final puzzle, not another forgettable name tag. It sticks longer than a round of small talk ever does.
