Sixteen years of working alongside leaders, teams and organisations who chose to keep evolving. Every project taught us something about how people stick together under change, how culture shifts when it gets the right attention and how thriving at work is built, not stumbled into. Showing Up for One of Our Own 

Mid-April, our own Ango Lourens premiered his short film Mané Hòmbu at the Curaçao International Film Festival. The Reshapers crew showed up in the audience and cheered him on. Watching a teammate step into a personal creative moment reminded us why we care about people first and roles second. The work shows up sharper when the humans behind it feel seen, on screen and off it.

Beta FORCES Hits the Testing Phase 

In April we launched the Beta version of our FORCES diagnostic tool. FORCES looks at the six dynamics shaping how teams perform and gives you a clear read on where to focus first. The Beta is now available for testing, so we get the chance to fine-tune before diving deeper. An Honest Note on the Tool Section 

You might have noticed our Tool section is not live yet. We announced it early and we jumped the gun. The truth is the work is still in progress and we would rather ship something useful than something rushed. The team is building it out, testing the flows and getting it ready for the moment it earns your time. We owe you the patience to do it right. You will hear from us the second it is ready.

What's Next: Game Night on May 27 

The next Reshapers Game Night runs on May 27 with A to Z of AI on the table. Game Night is our version of networking. You get a real taste of how our teambuilding activities feel, you meet people you would not bump into otherwise and you walk away having experienced something new. A to Z of AI runs you through AI-themed challenges built around teamwork, sharp communication and quick thinking under time pressure. Each round closes with a summary, landing an aha moment even for the AI-savvy. Whether you know it inside out or you are still figuring out where to start, you will leave with a fresh read on how AI is reshaping how teams work. Spots are limited and they fill fast.
