Emotional, By Design

Emotional, By Design

Simply put, most problems inside an organization are emotional problems wearing a different costume. A team goes silent. A client quietly walks away. Trace either one back far enough and you land on the same spot. Somebody's feelings got ignored. Nobody had a system built to catch it.

Reshapers has spent three certifications proving what to do about it. The Emotional Culture Deck, gives leaders a working method to name emotions, track them and act on them inside a team, instead of leaving them to chance. It is built on a simple premise. People run on feeling first and logic second. Any leadership approach ignoring this order works against itself.

This September through November, the method goes deeper. Instead of one certification covering the full model, three separate courses each build it into one setting: leadership, external relationships or change. Each one hands you a toolkit sharp enough to use immediately. Two run in Curaçao, on September 10 and November 5. One runs in Bonaire, October 29 to 30, for the first time.

If you've completed the ECD Emotional Change Practitioner certification

It taught you why people resist change. Not because of the plan, but because of what the plan makes them feel: fear, uncertainty, loss. Leadership Practitioner and Stakeholder Practitioner open ground the change certification never covered: your own team on an ordinary day and the clients and partners who feel something whether you ask or not. The Bonaire course pairs the leadership work with a dedicated return to change, built entirely around one real shift you bring into the room. You leave with a second certification alongside it.

If you have not taken an ECD course yet

None of these three require the Emotional Change Practitioner certification first. Each stands on its own. Walk in through whichever situation matches what you are dealing with today.

Leading your team

ECD Leadership Practitioner · Curaçao · September 10

The ECD Leadership Practitioner certification runs in Curaçao on September 10. It is built for the day to day work of running a team. You learn to read what your people carry into the room, understand why your own mood spreads before your instructions do and build habits holding past the training day itself. You leave with the Know Yourself Handbook, the Emotional Contagion Guide, the Leadership Workshop Canvas and a Weekly Retro Guide to keep the practice going after the course ends.

Leading your external relationships

ECD Stakeholder Practitioner · Curaçao · November 5

The ECD Stakeholder Practitioner certification runs in Curaçao on November 5. It takes the same method outside your walls, to clients, partners and vendors who experience your organization without ever sitting in your team meetings. You leave with the Stakeholder Relationships Canvas, the Emotion Value Design Canvas, the EX&CX Design Map and the ECD Partnerships Canvas and Handbook, all built to turn a transactional relationship into one both sides actually invest in.

Leading through change

ECD Specialist Courses · Bonaire · October 29 to 30

For the first time, Reshapers brings two ECD Specialist Courses to Bonaire, back to back, on October 29 and 30 in Kralendijk. Day one covers the same leadership foundation taught in Curaçao. Day two brings Emotional Change Strategy to the island for the first time. You bring one real change you are navigating right now. Every exercise applies to it directly. Two days, two certifications, one situation built into the training from the first hour.

Where to start

No prior ECD experience is required for any of these three. Pick the one matching what you are dealing with this quarter, not the one sounding the most complete. If it is your team, start in Curaçao on September 10. If it is a client or partner relationship, November 5 is the direct fit. If you are in Bonaire and in the middle of a change you did not fully choose, October 29 to 30 puts both certifications on the island, no travel required.

Reserve your seat for the course matching your situation.
