Reshapers in 2026? New Year, New Me..and New Website! The truth is, this website had been in the pipeline for a long time. Like many companies, we’re great at showing up for our clients, devoting time, energy, and creativity to their projects, while our own updates kept getting pushed aside. Not because they weren’t important, but because client work always came first.

Last year, we decided to change that. We made a conscious decision to treat Reshapers like a client. That meant assigning ownership, setting up a proper project structure, and having weekly check-ins to track progress and move deadlines as needed. It stopped being “something we’ll get to” and became a real project with accountability attached.

Then came the plot twist. Even with planning in place, we realized that sometimes the very structures that should help you can also hold you back. Once we noticed that we were clinging to familiar ways of working simply out of habit, we reshaped again. Instead of overthinking and refining endlessly, we experimented. We stepped out of our own heads and built our website in the blink of an eye using AI as a tool. 

Here’s the key: the only reason that worked was because we had already done the groundwork. Our messaging, copywriting, and structure were all set. Everything we wanted to communicate was clear. The only piece missing was the design element to bring it to life, and that’s where AI came in.
