Game Night is Here: A new way to connect, learn, and grow through play!

At Reshapers, we believe some of the most meaningful shifts don’t happen in meeting rooms. They happen when people feel safe enough to drop their guard, step out of their usual roles, and engage differently. That belief is exactly what sparked our newest concept: Game Night.
Game Night is a curated Reshapers experience designed to connect, challenge, and grow through play. Not as an escape from work, but as a different way into it. By stepping into a game, participants step out of fixed roles, familiar thinking patterns, and predictable conversations. What’s left is curiosity, strategy, reflection, and real interaction.
Our very first Game Night takes place on 22 January, with only 12 seats available. The small group is intentional. It allows space for trust, interaction, and individual attention. Everyone participates. Nothing gets lost in the crowd.
For this first edition, we’re introducing FreshBiz, a serious game that uses play as a mirror. Through guided gameplay and facilitated reflection, participants explore decision-making, collaboration, leadership dynamics, and personal patterns. What makes this distinctly Reshapers is what happens between the moves. We pause, reflect, ask the uncomfortable questions, and connect what happens in the game to real-life behavior and work situations.
You don’t need prior knowledge, a business background, or a competitive mindset. You just need curiosity and a willingness to engage. This is not a workshop you sit through. It’s an experience you actively take part in.
What’s next: CSI La Hacienda

Game Night: FreshBiz is just the beginning. While the first edition takes place in January, we’re already looking ahead. In April, we’ll introduce Game Night: CSI La Hacienda as the next Game Night experience and as a brand-new addition to the Reshapers team-building portfolio.
CSI La Hacienda places participants in the middle of an immersive investigation. A crime has taken place, information is scattered, and time is limited. Teams must collaborate, analyze clues, challenge assumptions, and make decisions together to solve the case. It’s engaging, fast-paced, and designed to reveal how teams communicate and work under pressure.
What makes this experience especially powerful is that it doesn’t feel like traditional team building. There are no forced exercises or awkward moments. The learning happens naturally through play, while real dynamics surface along the way. Leadership, collaboration, trust, and decision-making all come into focus without anyone being put on the spot.
Save the dates
FreshBiz and CSI La Hacienda are part of a broader year filled with interactive experiences designed to challenge the way people learn, connect, and collaborate. If you like to plan ahead, here’s what’s coming up:

Don’t miss out on Game Night
With only 12 seats available, Game Night is intentionally small and fills up quickly. If you’re curious, open to learning through play, and ready to experience something different, this is your moment.
Sign up for Game Night on 22 January and secure your spot before it’s gone.
Once the seats are filled, that’s it.
Here’s the part worth noting: you don’t have to wait until Game Night to experience this kind of play-driven learning. CSI La Hacienda and other game night activities can also be booked as a stand-alone team building experience. If you’re interested in booking CSI La Hacienda or any other team building activity for your team, feel free to reach out to Andrew@reshapers.co.
