Culture Change Journey with IBIS Management

For the past years, IBIS has undergone significant change, including changes at the top level. Employees were confronted with these changes during unprecedented times, against the backdrop of Covid.

The Management was eager to shift the organization to the vision and culture they desired, and in turn, they conducted their first Culture Assessment and embarked on a Culture Development Journey. Together with IBIS, we facilitated the whole process which include workshops and a Culture Development Strategy and Plan.
