The Public Schools Service (DPS) Aruba is the school board of public education. The organization's objective is to strive for the optimal representation of the interests of the public schools and their pupils, students and staff by taking care of the direction, assessment and accountability of policy and management.

Some of our activities included:

  • Culture development track based on a renewed purpose and values

  • Developing new HR policies and procedures.
