ECD Emotional Change Post Session Coaching Call

Change doesn't stop when the session ends. And neither does your learning.

About eight weeks after the certification day, we'll come back together for a 60-minute Post-Certification Integration Call. This call is part of the program, not an optional add-on.

By then, you'll have had time to take the tools back into your work. Some things will have landed well. Others won't have gone the way you expected. That gap, between what you learned and what actually happened when you tried it, is exactly what we'll explore together.

We'll reflect on what you applied and what shifted as a result. We'll look honestly at where you got stuck and what made it hard. We'll think together about what comes next and how you want to keep building on what you started.

The call is open. There's no fixed agenda beyond the intention to be honest about the experience. You don't need to have succeeded at everything. You need to show up and share what's true.

This is where insight becomes practice. And practice, over time, becomes a different way of leading change.
