Participants indicate the extent to which they agree or disagree with the statements and express the reasons for their opinions. This generates a discussion which each team member takes a turn at leading, ensuring that everyone has a voice.

Speak Up Speak Out challenges your team to instil a practical application of your corporate values, and deliver an understanding of how to utilise and implement the values in everyday work situations.
