Each department sits at its own table with a tablet and answers as the questions land. The big screen shows the questions, the countdown and the leaderboard, and a professional MC keeps the room moving. There's no Christmas imagery, so every team can join in.

Our Year, The World's Year, Who Said It?, Guess the Colleague and The Envelope Round. You send us about 10 company facts, 10 colleague quotes and 8 baby photos, and we build three rounds around them. We write The World's Year close to your event, so the news, music and viral moments are fresh.

Brains and party tricks

Between rounds, teams send players up for party challenges: a pyramid of plastic champagne flutes, a cork flip onto a bottle, a balloon pop relay and a party hat toss. They're quick, silly and loud, and they bring real points. Knowing your colleagues isn't enough to win. Teams also need nerve, speed and a good plan for who goes up.

And the winner is...

Answers sync instantly and scores update live. Faster correct answers can earn bonus points. Before the final round, the standings go dark. Then the gold envelopes open, from fifth place up to first, and one department takes home the title Team of the Year and a gold trophy. It runs on anything from a TV to an LED wall.
