Improving project collaboration with WEB Aruba

WEB Aruba aims to effectively guarantee the Aruban population affordable and reliable access to the world-class, quality water. In order to do this, they rely on working together with different contractors. They saw the need to show their gratitude to these organizations while also focusing on the importance of collaboration between these businesses and their project team. Therefore, they organized a day full of activities including a motivational section for their own project team, focusing on internal motivation and personal values followed by a team building challenge during which the contractors joined them and worked towards effectively solving the challenges in a time-race.
