Playa Linda Leadership Retreat

Playa Linda Beach Resort is a time-share resort in Aruba that aims to constantly improve the service they provide to their guests. One of the challenges they encountered was the department mentality in which each department only did "their part" of the job. In order to change this mentality, Playa Linda organizes every year a retreat for its Department heads during which we help them to strengthen their team and collaboration by challenging them with different activities.
