MCB - Leading in a Hybrid World

MCB officially introduced their hybrid working policy in March 2022. We developed a tailor-made “Leading in a hybrid working world” training to empower the People Managers of MCB Group to lead their people in a hybrid workplace.

We designed a week-long half-day interactive virtual training where the managers got to solve problems, collaborate and have difficult conversations while in a hybrid space. We applied the accelerated learning technology method to use Modeling, Metaphors, Individual Reflections, Games, Role Plays, Group Discussions, Simulations Projects.
