The Question
A financial services company navigating difficult times asked us to help their team understand what drives them. Emotions shaped daily interactions but stayed beneath the surface. Leaders wanted to build resilience by making the invisible visible.
The Impact
We facilitated a Map Your Emotional Culture Workshop designed for honest exploration. Participants confronted questions about the emotions present in their work and ranked what mattered most. The session gave space for every voice. We closed by building an Emotional Roadmap together, translating insights into strategies the team could act on.
The Learning
Emotional awareness is a team capability, not just an individual skill. People engage differently when they see their feelings reflected in the group. A roadmap creates accountability for emotional wellbeing that conversations alone cannot sustain.
