Custom game night delivered across two islands
40 years of company history woven into every activity
Employees connected through shared experience
The Question
Curoil wanted to mark 40 years in a way that felt meaningful. Not a formal ceremony. Not a speech from the stage. They came to us ahead of "Dia di Obrero" asking for something that would connect employees to each other and to the company they had built together. Four decades of history deserved more than a party. It deserved a shared experience.
The Impact
We designed a custom game night at Brakkeput Mei Mei that wove Curoil's story into every moment. A quiz tested knowledge of 40 years of milestones. Pictionary got a Curoil twist with drawings inspired by company history, products, and achievements. Squad Game brought out strategic thinking and quick reactions. Stoelendans closed the night with the kind of laughter that makes people forget job titles. Every element was built from scratch: branding, event design, game development, and facilitation. Weeks later, we recreated the entire experience in Bonaire so no one was left out.
The Learning
Milestone celebrations work when they honor the past while creating something new together. Friendly competition surfaces connection faster than speeches ever could. When you design for joy, people remember both the company and each other differently.
